THE new sales adviser at an innovative new homes development in Northampton is hoping to steer customers to their dream new home after being appointed to head up the sales team there.

42 year old Paul Howard joins the team of local housebuilder, David Wilson South Midlands, to welcome customers to its exclusive Domus development on Parkside in Upton.

Paul, who lives in Rushden, has a long and varied work history within the motor trade and has previously been employed by a number of leading car manufacturers not least Jaguar and Mercedes.

But after buying a number of new build homes and nurturing a keen interest in the property industry, he made the decision to try his hand at selling homes as opposed to cars.

He comments "I've always been fascinated in new homes and have kept tabs on the industry for a number of years so given my extensive experience in sales, it made sense to apply for the position of sales adviser.
