How it works:

1. Choose your new David Wilson home.
2. Your Sales Advisor will explain the criteria which your current home has to meet to qualify for our Part Exchange scheme. If your home qualifies, our Part Exchange Manager will be informed.
3. Once our Manager has studied the information and agrees that your home qualifies for the scheme, we will make you an offer subject to a homebuyer's survey and all searches.*
4. If you are happy with our offer, you can reserve your chosen David Wilson home, safe in the knowledge that both your sale and purchase are secure.
5. We'll then guide you through the buying process and be responsible for selling your old home, all we ask is that you allow viewings at convenient times.
6. You can stay in your old home until your beautiful new home is ready.

Movemaker - A helping hand to sell your current home

Let us take all the bother and expense of selling your home off your hands - with Movemaker you can just sit back and relax.

Our Movemaker service instructs an estate agent on your behalf to sell your home, and manages all the valuations, viewings, liaison and phonecalls. All you need to do is agree the asking price, and check the sales particulars are correct.

There are no estate agents fees to pay.

Next thing you know we'll have found a suitable buyer for your home. It really is that simple.

We aim to find a buyer within four weeks, and then to complete legal ownership and allow you to move in as soon as possible. Quick, simple and pain-free.

All we ask is for you to put down a £500 refundable initial reservation deposit on your selected home.
